Probably not the healthiest sandwich, but this vegan rendition of a BLT is the best vegan sandwich I've ever had!!!!
Ingredients include
- Two pieces of sourdough bread
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced cucumber
- Pan fried tempeh
- Baby kale
- Red onions soaked in apple cider vinegar
- Avocado
- And nuttin's Ordinary cashew cheese spread!!!
