Hi thank you for visiting here, this is vegetarian sandwich recipes Panazanella Sandwich. I thing is't very good for vegetarian sandwich ideas, cause very simple to made this healthy vegetarian sandwiches.
INGREDIENTS VEGETARIAN SANDWICH: 
4 campari tomatoes, sliced into rounds
1 English Cucumber, sliced into rounds
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
1 small red onion, sliced into thin rounds
6 basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 garlic clove, minced
8 Organic Bread slices of your choice
1/4 cup basil pesto
4 mozzarella cheese slices (skip if vegan)

DIRECTIONS PANZANELLA SANDWICH RECIPES:

Prepare the salad first
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper rings, onions, basil, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a salad bowl; gently toss to combine. Set aside.
Toast the bread slices.
Spread a teaspoon of basil pesto on each slice of bread.

Arrange the sandwiches
Add a slice of cheese on 4 of the bread slices. Divide salad evenly over each slice of cheese.
Top with remaining bread slices. Serve.
